ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell to Catholic University 5-0 on Wednesday evening in a non-conference matchup.
The teams remained scoreless until the Cardinals found the back of the net in the 30
th minute. Catholic added two quick goals in the 37
th and 40
th minutes and took a 3-0 lead into halftime.
Catholic added goals in the 66
th and 84
th minutes for the 5-0 final. The Knights tallied a shot in the first half by
Julianna Hatt and two in the second, one by
Nicole Norris and the other by
Ebony Arvelo, but could not get a shot on net.
Kiki Soto made a save in net.
Neumann (1-3) heads to Wilson College on Saturday for a non-conference match beginning at 1:00 PM.
