Neumann Softball Earns NFCA Academic Awards

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced their 2026 Academic Awards on Wednesday afternoon, and Neumann University was well-represented.

As a team the Knights posted the eighth highest GPA among all Division III members with a mark of 3.744. Individually, Neumann had a total of 19 student athletes earn Easton/NFCA Scholar Athlete All-American distinction.

The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories. NCAA Division III had 2,493 student-athletes earning a 3.5 grade-point average or higher for 2025-26.
