LANCASTER, Pa. – The Atlantic East Conference announced their weekly awards on Monday afternoon and three Neumann University athletes were selected for recognition. Men's Basketball's Donte Dupriest was named the conference's Defensive Player of the Week while DJ Earl was selected to the weekly Honor Roll, as well as Women's Basketball's Emily DuPont.
 
Dupriest grabbed 19 rebounds and scored 14 points, his ninth straight double-double, in the 65-55 win over Immaculata. The junior added four assists, two blocks and two steals. He also went 6-for-7 from the free throw line. For Dupriest, this is his sixth weekly award of the season and his fourth Defensive Player of the Week honor.
 
DuPont scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the 63-44 loss at Immaculata. The senior added four steals and a block. DuPont picks up her 10^th weekly Honor Roll selection of the season.
 
Earl scored 20 points in the win over Immaculata in Neumann's lone game of the week. The junior hit three baskets from beyond the arc while adding two rebounds and a steal. This is his second weekly Honor Roll selection of the season after being picked back on November 11^th.
 
Both teams will be back on the hardwood on Wednesday night as they take on Centenary. The men will take the trip to Hackettstown, N.J. while the women's team will be at home in the Mirenda Center. Both games are scheduled for a 6:00 PM start.
