Neumann University Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness activities for current students, faculty, and staff members! All of the programs are completely 100% FREE to join and are offered weekly throughout the Fall and Spring Semesters.
Group Personal Training powered by: Discipline ProjeKt
The Discipline ProjeKt Group Personal Training is a unique HIIT (high-intensity, interval training), Function Fitness, Fat-Burning, and Condition-Style class. It is designed and open for everyone of all fitness levels and is challenging and fun with the goal of getting better every day!
Kettlebell Group Fitness:
It's well-known that compound, whole body movements typical of kettlebell exercises are superior to machines that isolate muscles for improving muscle tone, body composition, and strength.
YOGA Group Fitness:
All-levels yoga class. This class is structured to suit all participants, and is guided according to the skill level of all participants.
